I remember watching "Blade Runner" with you for the 10th time and talking at length about our future artistic endeavors. We were so young then. Me 23. You 19. We drifted apart as friends but reached out occasionally to reconnect. Both of our lives adventurous and exotic yet yours with such profound purpose. If there was such a concept as "fair" in this world, the universe would have taken me early and left you to quest onwards. This is what drives me daily to strive for a greater purpose than myself. As in "Blade Runner" when Tyrell tells Roy Batty:
"The candle that burns twice as bright burns half as long, and you have burned so very brightly".

You are missed.

Jeff

Jeremy,
I can't believe how much it still hurts to think about you. You, and your passing, remain an indelible gift to me- though not always an easy gift- rather the kind of gift that is so beautiful that it breaks your heart- the kind of gift that comes at a great cost.
If I am honest about it, many times I wish I could give it back so that things could be different, and you could still be here.

Sorry. I have a theory that the truth is never told during the nine-to-five hours.
I am from Ukraine and also now'm speaking English, give true I wrote the following sentence: "Do what he likes, no restrictions, no boundaries, just love, love and love everywhere."

Thanks :P. Adah.

Like many others, I am thinking about Jeremy this weekend. And I feel kind of lonely doing this. Our friendship existed very much outside the circle of the rest of our friends, and so there is no one here where I live who knew him, no one who I can call, whose company I can seek out, no one who is in my life who was in his life with the same intensity. I have the little seeds that were handed out at his memorial here in front of me at my desk every day, in a tiny jar with a "J" on them. I am playing a gig with my band tonight and I'm going to dedicate a song to him. Those are some of the small ways I keep him present.

It's nice to have this page to come to. It feels like stepping into warm room. I am glad I visited. I hope all of you who also visit this guestbook on occasion are doing well, I hope you are warm and fed and happy and safe. Hey, Jeremy. We miss you.

Nina

Jeremy, I dreamt of you last night - and then visited your site to see your face. I love you, my friend. I know you know that - but for some silly reason, I just had to write it here. I love you, I miss your energy physically here in my life - especially during this time of year - but I feel you near. I feel your Spirit, my friend. I look forward to the next time we meet in that wonderful dream world. Judy

Dearest Jeremy you entered my thoughts tonight this night of Yom Kippur. I had to come here and visit you in all the words written about you. It is now going on a year since the world lost an angel but Heaven gained one. I hope your spiritual travels have brought you such peace. I want you to know that you will always remain a bright light of HOPE for a world sometimes veiled in darkness. I love you cousin.
Love
Judy

Jeremy,
The last time I saw you was in Oakland............we met for lunch.......you ate...... I talked.......and now I am back to the bay again.............and I am calling you here.......appreciating your life....your spirit........the reality and certainty for all of us of life and death .....of joining you in another place ......after our work here........and you worked in love and action..........
peace, wisdom, and love to us all,
....Michael
